There is the extruded sheet. These are customizable sheets and their sizes depend on the demand and requirement of the customer. This is how the manufacturer saves the wastage of the acrylic by manufacturing the exact size the customer requires. This kind of sheet is good in adhesion and thermoform. The second type is the cast acrylic sheet. The properties of this sheet vary from the previous type and this kind has the better chemical properties.
